IMFC - Trust Company

IMFCIMFC - (est. 1995) is a large trust & fund services company based in the Netherlands. The firm specializes in providing management, domiciliation, administrative, licensing and fund services to internationally operating clients. In a joint venture with Structured Finance Management Limited, IMFC provides corporate services to special purpose vehicles (SPVs) for structured finance transactions and securitizations. IMFC has been granted a license by the Dutch Central Bank (DNB) to provide trust services pursuant to the ASTO, The Act on the Supervision of Trust Offices, and is a member of the VIMS, the association of leading trust offices. In 2012, IMFC joined the SGG Group with headquarter in Luxembourg. Other SGG offices are located in Belgium, Cyprus, England, Malta and New York.
