IMFC - Your trust is our care IMFC (est. 1995) is a large, independent, privately owned trust & fund company based in the Netherlands. The firm specializes in providing management, domiciliation, administrative, licensing and fund services to internationally operating clients. In a joint venture with Structured Finance Management Limited, IMFC provides corporate services to special purpose vehicles (SPVs) for structured finance transactions and securitizations.

For who and where does IMFC work? Clients of IMFC include publicly and privately held companies, private equity and venture capital firms, start-up operations, partnerships, trusts and high net-worth individuals. The offices are based in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Luxembourg and Curacao. Due to the various backgrounds of its employees, IMFC is able to communicate in English, Spanish, Italian, French, German and Dutch. IMFC has a vast international network of like-minded offices and correspondents to assist clients with the incorporation and management of companies outside the main operating jurisdiction.
