IMFC Fund Services is the fund formation and fund administration division of IMFC Trust and Fund Services.
IMFC Fund Services is a boutique hedge fund administrator and trustee providing third parties with administration and related services. The division is headed by a management team that has over 35 years of experience in the business.

IMFC Fund Services offers flexibility to its clients in choosing banks, brokers, custodians, auditors, legal advisers for the set-up of their funds. We also offer our clients the further flexibility to provide investors with full transparency and disclosure of information by allowing them to log into our systems. Investors and client can mutually determine the range of information to be provided.

From start-up to well-established managers
We aid and assist both small start-up fund managers and well-established asset managers. Our clients organize all types of funds and asset classes, ranging from derivatives and high-yield bonds, through equity long/short and futures, to FX and private equity by using offshore vehicles and onshore registered and licensed structures.

Our state-of-the-art shareholders registration system is especially designed for highly demanding investors who need all types of information. Complex incentive fee calculations are fully automated and the system can handle any type of share, unit or partnership registration.
